COYOTES SUMMER TRAINING 2021


Coyotes Summer Training Camp begins June 14th!
M-W-F from 6:00-7:30am at Crossroads Park!

Once again this summer, we will be building stamina-specific aerobic power perfect for endurance athletes. Athletes of all ages and from any school are welcome. Along with experienced support from coaches Andy Jeanson, Jenna & Dylan Marsh, and Jason Tamura, summer training participants will get much more than just a time and place to train. Participants will grow from and enjoy:

  • Highly-Specific Aerobic Conditioning for Runners
  • Dynamic, Movement-Pattern Specific Strength Training​
  • A Coyotes Summer Training T-Shirt
  • End-of-Season Raffle: 3 x $50 Gift Cards to Cadence Running Co. 


We will be meeting at Crossroads Park (Eastern soccer field south of the ice rink) Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays all summer long, from Monday, June 14th through Friday, July 30th. The details of each workout will be posted weekly on RunCampo.com.

Coyotes Running Club Summer Training: $150 for the 7-week program
Checks must be made payable to "Coyotes Running Club" and can be submitted in person at the first attended workout or by mail to:

All participants must print, and complete the following forms, and bring them to their first attended workout

For the past 13 years, Coach Applebach has coached Gilbert's youth athletes in the sports of cross country and track with great enthusiasm for kids and the sport he loves. As an athlete himself, he has passionately grown the cross country and track programs into "powerhouse" teams that have never missed a state championship appearance. He has raised up championship teams and individuals at the sectional and state level. Coach Applebach holds a masters degree in human movement science--sports conditioning from the prestigious A.T. Still University, and holds USATF coaches certification.

Coyotes Running Club operates under a club membership through USA Track & Field.
